Marketing Automation
Marketing automation is using software to run repetitive marketing tasks, such as email sequences, lead nurturing, and follow-up, automatically based on triggers and customer behavior.
Instead of manually sending each email or chasing each lead, you build workflows that respond to what a contact does: a sign-up triggers a welcome series, a pricing-page visit triggers a sales alert, and so on.
Done well, it means leads get timely, relevant follow-up around the clock without adding headcount.
